Custom & Personalized Items
Because most of our products are customizable and personalized, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Customizable Items
If your order includes non-customizable items, these may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Item is in the same condition as received
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for a non-customizable item, please email us at sales@thewesternrootscompany.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@westernrootscompany.com with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
